| 摘 要： | 计算机技术和信息技术在公安刑侦部门的综合运用,有效地促进了公安刑侦工作的信息化和现代化建设.文章以刑侦业务信息综合管理系统的开发为基础,阐述了系统开发设计思路和关键技术运用,并结合实例模块的分析,具体阐述了程序设计与实现方法.
