云南曲靖烟区烟叶挥发性致香物质组分及其含量差异研究初报

摘    要:采用同时蒸馏萃取法、内标法和气/质谱联用分析技术,研究了2006~2007年曲靖烟区烟叶的挥发性物质组分及其含量差异,结果表明:在检出的83种成分中,对烟气香气影响较大的致香成分有六大类73种,其中以醛、酮类物质为主,占整个成分的50.59%;4个主栽品种中,致香物质含量以红花大金元最高,K326其次,云烟87和云烟85分列第三、四位;而从部位上看,致香物质含量是上部烟叶优于中部叶.同时,对海拔1400—2200m范围内的云烟85烟叶的致香物质含量进行分析表明,在海拔超过1700m区域生产的烟叶,其致香物质含量相对较高,反之则较低.

Abstract:Headspace solid-phase micro-extraction(HS-SPME),internal standard method and GC-MS were applied to analyze components and contents of volatile aromatic substances of flue-cured tobacco leaves from 2006 to 2007 at Qujing Areas of Yunnan province.The results showed that 83 kinds of volatile substances,and 73 kinds of them,which were divided into six categories on functional group,are very important to smoke aroma.And aldehydes and ketones are mainly components.Their contents are 50.59% in all aroma substances...
