| 摘 要： | 20世纪以来,分配正义问题获得了前所未有的发展,形成了两种截然不同的分配正义观,一是罗尔斯基于平等的分配观,一是诺齐克基于权利的分配观。罗尔斯分配的正义从＂平等＂的权利出发,主张国家干预经济,通过税收实现收入的再分配;诺齐克分配的正义从人的不可剥夺的＂权利＂出发,反对国家作为分配主体进行的再分配。在社会主义市场经济条件下,比较和研究这两种分配正义观对于我们缩小贫富差距,建立完善的市场竞争体制,正确处理个人权利与政府权利的关系,改革和完善产权制度具有重要的借鉴和启示意义。

| Abstract: | Since the 20century,the problem of distribution justice has developed into two opposite concepts： Rawls’ distribution point from equality,and Nozick’s distribution point from rights.Rawls advocates that state should intervene in the economy to realize the income redistribution from tax;but Nozick objects to this kind of redistribution from humans rights.Under the circumstance of our socialist economy,comparison and analysis of these two kinds of distribution concepts is significant for our country to establish perfect market competent syster.1, correctly deal with the relationships between individual and government rights; and reform the property system. |
