| Abstract: | The anthor collects some firsthand and detailed information by researching in all concerned aspects such as management of teams, member's education of thought, training process etc. By the methods such as reflering to the documemts, observation statistics, comparison and analysis, the author daw a conclusion. The results indicate that there are some obvious characteristics in this training camp. Compared with the former training camp. there are many differences in training arrangement and the propotion of training contents. |
