| 摘 要： | 随着就业制度改革的不断深化,高职高专毕业生就业时遇到了更多的困难和挫折,这种就业挫折感对其生理、心理、行为都会产生不利影响.主要就高职高专毕业生在比较严峻的就业形势下如何正确认识就业挫折、应对就业挫折进行一些探讨.

| Abstract: | With the deepening of the reform on employment system, the college graduates encounter more and more challenges and setbacks. This rink of setbacks will have bad effects on their physiology, psychology and behavior. This paper discusses what the graduates think of the setbacks and how they should do while facing the keen employment competition. |
