| 摘 要： | 正确运用注意规律,认真组织教学,将学生注意力集中到课堂上来,是上好体育课,提高教学质量的有效途径,在体育教学中运用注意规律,提高教学质量的方法是:排除无关刺激对教学的干扰;教学方法力争生动活泼,富有启发性和趣味性;重视培养学生注意的能力和加强学习目的性教育。

| Abstract: | Proper application of attention in physical training and arrangement of teaching will let students concentrate their attention on the class. This will be an effective approach in increasing quality of physical education. The methods in physical education with the application of attention: eliminate the interference of irrelevant stimulus; have the methods with active atmosphere; be full of elicitation method; cultivate the ability of students' attention and enforce the education of study purpose. |
