| 摘 要： | 清初以来 ,特别是乾隆年间 ,广东人口增长较快。鸦片战争之后 ,广东地区较全国其他省份 ,社会动荡尤剧 ,天灾连年不断 ,人口流失频繁。但是 ,由于康熙、乾隆年间新生人口多、基数大 ,所以清末广东人口仍呈缓慢发展趋势 ,这在全国其他省份实在少见

| Abstract: | Since early Qing Dynasty, especially during Qianlong period, Guangdong province experienced a relatively fast population growth. After the Opium War, compared with other provinces in the nation, Guangdong had more severe social turbulence, and continuous natural disasters, as well as frequent loss of population. However, due to a considerable amount of birth during Kangxi and Qianlong periods as a base for population growth, in late dynasty population in Guangdong maintained slow growth, which had been very rare in other parts of the country. |
