| 摘 要： | 推进新农村建设不仅仅是怎样建设好农村、促进农民增收和生活质量提高的问题,更重要的是要通过推进新农村建设,来调整国民利益分配格局,推进更深层次的体制改革和制度创新,以建立起一个和谐增长的长效机制。新农村建设对湖北省中小城市的城市建设、房地产走势特别是住宅产业的发展提出新的要求和产生新的影响。

| Abstract: | To promote the new rural construction is not only how to develop the countries, to improve the income and the living quality of the farmers. The most important is to adjust the distributing structure of the national benefits, to promote the further reformation on systems and regularities, to build up a harmonious increasing long-term mechanism, by means of the development of the new country. This kind of construction brings up new requirements and influences to the building of the medium-sized and small cities in Hubei province and the developing trend of the real estate, especially the development of the housing industry. |
