摘    要:新形势下的报业竞争出现了投入规模大、投资多元化、竞争风险大等特征。报业应采取盘活报业资产,实行“高起点、快起步、高强度”的决战策略,选择竞争空间和切入点,实现办报、发行、广告三位一体的运作。

Abstract:In the new situation, there arise in the competition among the newspapers some new features, such as,large-scale input, multiple investments and greater competition risks. It is advised tha the newspapers should take actionto make their assets more flexible in operation, carry on the decisive strategy of 'starting at a high level, developing rapid-ly and stressing high intensity', choose appropriate space and cut-in-point for competition and finally carry out theirbusiness operation by way of assembling operation, issuance and advertisement into an integration.
