| 摘 要： | 我国一直采用的旅行社水平类别划分已不适应于我国旅游业快速发展的需要,表现为与旅游市场发展过程中的矛盾日益明显。我国需要借鉴欧美国家旅行社的垂直类别划分模式,制定出适应于我国旅游市场特点的分工体制,调整现有的旅行社类别划分现状,是解决我国旅行社业发展危机的重要前提。
