| 摘 要： | 目前90后已悄然加入大学生行列,并将逐渐成为高校的学生主体。特殊的时代背景,造就了90后一代特殊的思维模式和行为方式,这也使得他们备受关注。同样,面对90后的高职学生,我们高职院校的教育教学工作者也面临着新的挑战。本文着重分析了90后高职学生的思想、心理、行为特点,并提出了教育与管理对策。
