| 摘 要： | 乒乓球步法是乒乓球的重要环节。手法的合理使用是以步法为基本前提的,只有通过步法来抢占到有利的位置,才能保证击球动作的正常发挥。乒乓球运动的特点决定了乒乓球步法训练的重要性。然而,在实践中,尤其是在训练初期,由于初学者的移动能力差,往往把主要精力集中在手法方面,而忽略了步法的学习和训练。这种先手法后步法的学习结果直接影响了乒乓球训练质量的提高。

| Abstract: | The footwork of table tennis is an important link of table tennis.The footwork is the basic premise of the reasonable use of manual techniques.Only through the gait to seize the favorable position,it can ensure the normal play of the stroke.The characteristics of table tennis determine the importance of the footwork training of table tennis.However,in practice,especially in the beginning of the training,because the beginners’ ability to move is bad,they tend to concentrate on the manual techniques while ignoring the learning and training of footwork.This learning result of manual techniques fist and footwork later directly affect the improvement of the quality of training of table tennis. |
