摘    要:顶岗实习是一种工学结合培养应用型人才的有效教学模式.高职文科类专业在顶岗实习教学环节中存在针对性不强,实习难以落实以及实习与理论教学的互动反馈欠缺等问题.分散式顶岗实习机制在实习单位落实,实习时间安排以及发挥学生实习主观能动性等方面更具灵活性和有效性,但在具体实施过程中,要注重课程体系重构、改革实习考核方式、建立沟通协调机制和伤害事故处理机制.

Abstract:Post practice is an effective teaching mode of cultivating applied talents through the combination of working and learning.At present,post practice teaching faces a series of problems,such as the weak pertinence,the difficulty in implementing practice and the shortage of feedback between academic teaching and practice.Distributed post practice mechanism has the flexibility and efficiency in the implementation of practice units,the arrangement of practice time and the exertion of students’practice subjective initiative,but it should pay attention to course system reconstruction,the re form of practice assessment method,the establishment of communication and coordination mechanism and injury accident treatment mechanism.
