微波催化合成7-羟基-4-甲基香豆素

摘    要:以固体超强酸为催化剂,采用微波辐射技术,由间苯二酚与乙酰乙酸乙酯缩合制备香豆素衍生物7-羟基-4-甲基香豆素。结果表明,微波辐射固体超强酸催化合成香豆素衍生物最佳反应条件为:间苯二酚0.2mol,乙酰乙酸乙酯0.2mol,固体超强酸催化剂0.5g,微波功率210W,微波辐射时间6min,收率92.5%。

Abstract:In the presence of solid superacid catalyst and by means of microwave irradiation, the synthesis of coumarin derivatives 7-hydroxy-4-methyl coumarin is conducted by the condensation of 1,3 - benzenediol and acetylacetic ethyl. The result shows that its optimum reaction conditions are as follows: 0.2mol 1,3-benzenediol, 0.2mol acetylacetic ethyl, 0.5g ZrO2/SO42- solid superacid catalyst, 210W microwave power and 6 min microwave irradiation. And the yield reaches 92.5%.
