| 摘 要： | 随着科教兴国战略的实施和依法治国方略的确定,依法治校已成为我国高校管理的必然选择。依法治校的本质是学校的管理者在以法律为权威的前提下在学校的管理中体现法治精神,实施依法治校对高校建设和发展有着重大的意义,当前高校在依法治校实践过程中虽存在一定问题,但完全可采取切实可行的办法和措施。只有实行依法治校,才能促使高校管理现代化、法治化目标的早日实现。

| Abstract: | With the implementation of strategy to vitalize the nation through science and education and establishment of general plan to manage country in accordance with the law,it has become the inevitable choice to manage colleges and universities in accordance with law,the nature of which is that the spirit of law will be embodied in the university management.The paper expounds the important significance of management in accordance with law in the construction and development of university.It also points out the present problems and puts forward feasible measures. |
