船舶低速柴油机SCR系统设计及试验验证

摘    要:由于船舶机舱空间狭小,船用二冲程柴油机SCR反应器及其管路布置较为困难,利用CFD对柴油机100%负荷工况下SCR反应器前混合段内雾化后的尿素溶液与排烟的混合过程进行模拟。通过模拟得到6S35ME-B9船用柴油机SCR系统在混合器叶片角度为15°、导流器扩展角度为75°时可以实现短距离内还原剂与排烟的良好混合,且整套系统压降控制在1 400 Pa以下。对6S35ME-B9船用柴油机全尺寸SCR系统进行100 h台架试验,在中国船级社NOx排放指南要求的E3推进工况下,实现原机NOx比排放量由18. 15 g/(k W·h)减少至3. 17 g/(k W·h)。本设计为实船SCR系统的配备提供了理论和应用基础。

Design and test verification of SCR system on marine slow speed diesel engine

Abstract:In view of the fact that the arrangement of the two stroke diesel engine SCR reactor and its pipe is difficult due to the narrow space in a ship engine room, CFD is used to simulate the mixing process of atomized urea solution and exhaust gas in the mixing section before SCR reactor under 100% load condition of diesel engine. The simulation results show that, when the blade angle of the mixer is 15° and the expansion angle of the diffuser is 75°, the SCR system of 6S35ME B9 marine diesel engine can achieve a good mixing of reducing agent and exhaust smoke in short distance, and the pressure drop of the whole system is controlled less than 1 400 Pa. Through 100 h bench scale test for the full scale SCR system of 6S35ME B9 marine diesel engine under the E3 propulsion condition required by the NOx emission guidelines of China Classification Society, the NOx brake specific emission of the original engine is reduced from 18.15 g / (kW·h) to 3.17 g / (kW·h). The design provides a theoretical and practical basis for the real ship SCR system.
