摘    要:为解决传统水尺计重(目测水尺)主观性强、效率低等问题,提出一种基于图像处理的船舶水尺标志自动识别方法。对待识别的目标图像进行纵向颜色梯度处理,辨明水线;基于标准水尺标志样本图像,目标图像经二值化处理后与样本图像进行匹配;根据计算公式自动求取船舶吃水值。试验结果表明,该方法是有效的。

A method for ship draft mark recognition based on image processing

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of subjectivity and low efficiency of the traditional draft survey (determined by visual observation manually), an automatic recognition method to ship draft mark based on image processing is proposed. The longitudinal color gradient processing of a target image to be identified is carried out to identify the waterline; based on standard draft mark sample images, the target image after binary processing is matched with sample images; the ship draft value is automatically calculated according to the calculation formula. The test results show that the method is effective.
