| 摘 要： | 20世纪80年代以来，英国职业教育得到快速发展，这与其职业教育经费的稳定持续增长密不可分。通过立法手段，制定灵活的经费政策，确保职业教育经费总额的持续增长，拓展职业教育经费的来源渠道，采用市场化的职业教育经费分配方式，建立多元化的职业教育投资体制，为职业教育发展提供有效的经费保障，是英国职业教育经费改革的主要特征。

| Abstract: | Since the eighties of the 20th century, the vocational education in Britain developed stably and fast, which related inseparably to continuous increase of vocational education funds. Through the legislative means, it is main characteristics of the reform of vocational education funds in Britain to offer effective ensurement of funds for the development of vocational education, by making the flexible funds policy, guaranteeing the lasting growth of the total value of vocational education funds, expanding the source channel of vocational education funds, adopting the market-based method of salary distribution of vocational education funds and setting up pluralistic vocational education investment structure. |
