| Abstract: | As a generalized extension of the concept, scene has been applied in drama performance, sociology, communication, urban research, mobile internet business research. The construction of application scene is an important policy for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Beijing. Based on the existing research, this paper defines the concept of application scene in the context of transformation of scientific and technological achievements. |
