| 摘 要： | 推行国家职业资格证书制度，实行职业资格证书与学历证书的相互沟通与衔接，不仅是时势所需，也是国外经济发达国家的通行做法。本课题通过对国内外职业教育现状广泛比较研究，立足我国国情，构建了以职业资格标准为导向，职业能力为培养核心，职业资格证书和学历证书为纽带的职业教育——培训体系。
