| 摘 要： | 本文首先简要地定义和评价了信息资源,并论述了如何认识信息资源对我们的经济、社会等方面的影响。并概述了从图书馆发展到信息中心,再发展到信息资源中心的进程。进而论述了在宏观和微观层次上对信息资源的管理。作者认为对这3方面的问题应进行深入研究。
