| 摘 要： | 《拿破仑法典》对欧洲一体化的历史进程产生了重要的影响。它巩固了法国大革命和拿破仑改革的成果 ,为欧洲资本主义的发展扫清了障碍 ;统一和完善了欧洲法律特别是民法典 ;成为欧洲和世界上许多国家民法典的蓝本 ,从而极大地促进了欧洲的一体化进程。

| Abstract: | Napoleonic Code greatly influenced the course of European integration. It further consolidated the achievements of the French Revolution and Napoleonic reform, and paved the way for the development of European capitalism. It also improved the European laws, especially the civil codes, and later became the blueprint for the civil codes in many countries in and out of Europe. It speeded up the course of European unification. |
