| 摘 要： | 文章围绕当前农村合作经济组织的发展,进一步探讨邓小平关于农业发展“第二个飞跃“的思想,强调“第二个飞跃“理论核心思想,并以此为指导进而明确农村合作经济组织的基本原则,凸现农民利益,肯定政府的支持和引导作用,实现农业合作经济组织的健康发展.

| Abstract: | This article focuses on the present development of rural cooperative economic organization in China and further discusses the thoughts of the "second leap" in Deng Xiaoping's theory on agricultural problems.It also emphasizes the core idea of the "second leap".With the guidance of the thoughts of the "second leap", this article defines the basic principles of rural cooperative economic organization--showing especially the interests of peasants, affirming the governments' function in supporting and leading, and implementing the sound development of rural cooperative economic organization. |
