| 摘 要： | 从立法模式、立法过程、修订情况、发展背景等角度，对美国、丹麦、韩国、印度四国图书馆法进行比较，并针对四国图书馆法内容进行分析，最后从保障和规范两个角度提出针对我国图书馆立法的启示和建议。
