| 摘 要： | 作为知识管理活动过程的重要环节，知识转移正成为虚拟研发团队构筑竞争优势的关键基础。以虚拟研发团队的动态学习为背景，从知识供给方、知识接收方、团队特征和知识特征等4个方面提出虚拟研发团队知识转移效能影响因素衡量指标及相关假设，通过调查获得研究所需的样本数据，利用结构方程模型（SEM）的分析工具AMOS软件对虚拟研发团队的知识转移的效能状况进行验证，并检验实证资料对研究假设的支持程度。
