| 摘 要： | 采用词频统计、问卷调查以及文本分析等实证方法，对国内图书馆馆员与读者关系的现状进行分析。根据分析的结果得出结论：国内图书馆馆员与读者的联系逐渐弱化，图书馆馆员已经不再受到读者的重视，而他们也在逐渐疏远读者。根据目前的现状提出相应的建议：对读者研究的相关科研项目给予重视，在专业教育中加强读者研究的培养，把读者服务作为图书馆职业的导向以及规范学术论文中的致谢标准。
