| 摘 要： | 邓小平反腐败思想的核心理论是“整个改革开放过程中都要反对腐败”，即长期反腐。该理论从社会主义本质、端正党风、拒腐防变、实现战略目标的高度，阐明了反腐的必然性、重要性、迫切性，其战略措施就是两手抓、两手硬。

| Abstract: | The core of Deng Xiaoping's view of fighting against corruption lies in that it must penetrate the whole period of opening up and transform, which means it is a long-term struggle. This theory expounds the inevitability, importance and urgency of fighting against corruption from the nature of socialism, rectifying the Party's style, defending from corruption and degeneration and realizing the strategic plan of the Party. Its strategic measure is to pay equal attention to and be strict in both economic growth and anti-corruption. |
