| 摘 要： | 在介绍建构主义学习理论、教学方法的基础上，提出了今后高校体育教学改革的思路，即建立以学生为中心的教学思想，教学过程强调学生对体育技术、技能、锻炼理论的主动探求、主动建构、并对建构体育提出了系统的模式和教学方案。

| Abstract: | On the basis of introducing constructivism and teaching method, the author of this article has put forward a proposal in college physical education reform, i.e., to establish a student centered teaching process,which emphasizes that the students must probe into and constructs the sports skills and exercise theory on their own initiative.This article also suggests a systematic teaching mode. The author also seek advice from those of the same occupation and make joint efforts with them to probe into the orientation of college physical education reform. |
