| 摘 要： | 中国近代曾出现过三次规模较大的禁烟运动。一次是在道光年间 ,一次是在光绪末年 ,一次是在民国时期。这三次禁烟运动虽然取得过一些成绩 ,但都未能完成彻底禁烟的任务 ,结果形成了鸦片禁而不绝 ,流毒愈传愈广的情形

| Abstract: | In modern China, there occurred three large-scaled opium-banning campaigns respectively in the reign of Emperor Daoguang, in the late days of the reign of Emperor Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty and during the period of the Republic of China. Although each of the three opium-banning campaigns did make some achievements, it failed to thoroughly accomplish the mission of banning opium completely. Hence the opium banned but spread and its harmful influence infected more and more widely. |
