论教师的教学能力

摘    要:从三个角度对教师的教学能力进行了论述: (1) 教学能力的性质。认为教学活动是科学与艺术的统一, 而教学能力是一般能力与特殊能力的结合; (2) 教学能力的构成。在理论工作者与实践者观点的基础上, 提出了教学能力结构包括具体学科教学能力、一般教学能力和教学认知能力三种, 并论述了三者之间的关系; (3) 教学能力的动态分析。从教学活动过程的角度对教学能力进行分析, 提出了教学活动各个阶段的能力表现形式

Abstract:Teaching is mutual activities between teachers and students, in which knowledge,skills and ethic norms are mediums The core factor that affects teaching effects directly is teaching abilities The following three aspects about teaching abilities are discussed: (1) The nature of teaching abilities Teaching activities are both scientific and artistic,while teaching ability is the combination of general ability and concrete ability; (2) The construct of teaching abilities Based on the view of theoretical and empirical studies, the authors think that teaching abilities are composed of particular subjects,Such as teaching ability, general teaching ability and basic cognitive ability of teaching, and the relationships among the three are discussed; (3) The process analysis of teaching abilities The teaching process is divided into three stages, and in each stage different teaching abilities are necessary The above discussion will deepen our understanding about teaching abilities, promote further research on it, and provide with guidance for teacher's training
