摘    要:耕地产能能够揭示耕地生产能力及生产潜力的数量和空间布局,对于合理利用和保护耕地、确保粮食安全具有重要意义。本文在东北地区三个层次产能核算成果的基础上,分析了8个二级区耕地产能的空间格局及其分异规律,并在农用地分等因素与耕地利用潜力的相关性分析基础上,对理论产能、可实现产能与分等因素进行回归分析,探讨各二级区内耕地产能提升的主导影响因子。研究结果表明,东北地区耕地综合生产能力以西部平原和松嫩平原地区最大,理论利用潜力、可实现利用潜力基本表现为黑龙江省、辽宁省、吉林省逐渐减少,理论利用强度、可实现利用强度表现为吉林省、辽宁省、黑龙江省逐渐减少。土壤障碍层深度、有机质含量、盐渍化程度、坡度等因子是影响东北地区产能提升的主导因子。研究可为区域耕地产能提升提供参考,为耕地资源数量质量并重管理、开展土地整理规划、耕地保护和动态监测、落实耕地占补平衡制度等提供技术支撑。

Abstract:Cultivated land production can reflect the production capacity and production potential of cultivated land, which is of importance to the implementation of cultivated land protection. The purpose of this paper was to analyze spatial pattern and variation in cultivated land production capacity in 8 second-level areas of Northeast China based on production capacity accounting results of three levels. This study also tried to explore the main influential factors for promoting the production capacity in the second-level areas. Correlation analysis was used to analyze the impact of agricultural land gradation factors on cultivated land utilization potential. Based on the correlation analysis results, regression analysis was used to analyze the relationship between theoretical production capacity, realizable production capacity, and agricultural land gradation factors. The study area encompassed Heilongjiang Province, Liaoning Province, and Jilin Province in Northeast China, one of the main national grain production areas of excellent nature resources condition and higher soil nutrient content. Data were obtained from farmland classification results and database about Heilongjiang Province, Liaoning Province, and Jilin Province, survey sampling points of theoretical yield and realizable yield, and Statistical Yearbooks of the three provinces from 2001 to 2008. Results show that the theoretical production capacity, realizable production capacity, and actual production capacity were 2.6×109t, 1.8×109t, and 1.3×109t, respectively. The theoretical utilization potential and realizable utilization potential were 0.73×109t and 0.49×109t, respectively. It is indicated that the northeast region has a large production capacity and utilization potential. The cultivated land production capacity is primarily distributed over the Xibu plains and Songnen plains. The theoretical utilization potential and realizable utilization potential gradually reduce in Heilongjiang Province, Liaoning Province, and Jilin Province; however the theoretical utilization intensity and realizable utilization intensity gradually decrease in Jilin Province, Liaoning Province, and Heilongjiang Province. Factors, such as soil constraint layer depth, organic matter content, degree of salinization, and slope, are the main influential factors for promoting the production capacity. The findings of this study can provide reference for promoting regional cultivated land production capacity and technical support for cultivated land quality protection, land consolidation planning, monitoring of the agricultural land quality, and dynamic balance of total amount of cultivated land.
