| 摘 要： | 自1990年代中期始,随着信息化手段在教育领域的运用和教育信息网络的迅速扩张,推进教育信息化成为政府教育改革的一个重要目标,对中小学教学对教师的信息素养的要求也不断提高。一方面,为了推进教师教育改革创新,全面提高教师教育质量,政府开始实施旨在推进教师教育信息化的全国教师教育网络联盟计划,并试图以此为契机,逐步构建开放灵活的教师终身学习体系,大幅度提升教师队伍的整体素质,以促进基础教育尤其是农村教育的发展。另一方面,持续提升教师信息素养,成为教师培养与培训的一个主要任务。

| Abstract: | Since mid-1990's informational means has been widely used in educational fields; hence the educational informational network is rapidly expanded. As a result, it is a major target for the government's educational reforms to bring education into informationalization. And schoolteachers are required to improve their qualities concerning information. The reform covers two aspects. On the one hand, in order to promote innovations and qualities of teacher education the government starts up a project, Teacher Education Network Union (TENU), over the country, aiming at upgrading the informational level in teacher education. By taking advantages of the project, an open and flexible teacher's lifelong learning system will be gradually established, the quality of the teaching team will be greatly improved, and basic education, especially rural education, will gain developments. On the other hand, teachers' informational qualities need advancing constantly, which is main task in teachers' cultivation and training. |
