| Abstract: | Based on the thermal conduction equations, and using the finite element analysis method, the 3 - D mod- el for the temperature distributions of optical coating substrates were built up by MSC. Marc software. The tempera- ture distributions of optical coating substrate irradiated by ring beams were studied, and the result was analyzed. |
