女大学生情绪智力水平影响研究

摘    要:对340名女大学生的瑜伽锻炼与情绪智力水平之间的影响进行研究。研究表明:学习过与未学习过瑜伽课程的群体之间的情绪智力水平差异显著(P<0.05);两个群体之间在情绪觉知力和情绪调控力2个因子上有非常显著的差异(P<0.001),在情绪评价力和情绪表现力2个因子上有显著的差异(P<0.05);但是在促进思维水平上,两个群体之间差异不明显。从子维度上看,在情景知觉、压力承受力和灵活性方面,两个群体之间的差异非常明显(P<0.001)。结果提示:瑜伽课程对女大学生的情绪智力水平有积极影响。

Abstract:This paper studies the effects of Yoga practice and emotional intelligence of 340 female college students.It is indicated that the difference between students who took Yoga courses and those who did not is significant(P<0.05),extremely significant in emotion perception and emotion control(P<0.001),significant in emotion rating and emotion expression(P<0.05).But it is insignificantly in promoting thinking level.From the sub-dimension,it is significantly different in situation perception,pressure acceptability and flexibility(P<0.001).The results show that Yoga is effective in improving female college students' emotional intelligence level.
