| 摘 要： | 当代社会对大学生的素质尤其是心理素质提出了越来越高的要求，优化大学生的心理素质是大学教育所要达到的最重要的目标之一，心理学的教学则是优化大学生心理素质的重要途径。采用文献资料、问卷调查等研究方法，了解了大学生学习心理学的态度、期望等，分析了目前教学存在的问题，并提出了改革教学内容、丰富教学方法、完善考核评价的对策。

| Abstract: | The society has a higher demand for students＇ qualities, especially the psychological qualities. Optimizing the psychological qualities of university students is one of the most important objectives, and the teaching of psychology is an important way to optimize the psychological quality of university students. In this study, through a questionnaire survey of university students, we try to understand the psychology of learning attitude, expectations,etc. , analyze the current problems in teaching, improve their teaching, and optimize the quality of specific psychological methods. |
