| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料、问卷调查和对比分析等研究方法,对黑龙江省高校100名乒乓球教师的年龄、职称、学历等基本情况进行调查研究,研究结果表明:黑龙江省高校中青年乒乓球教师占多数,工作年限集中在6～15年,女教师和40岁以上的教师占少数,教师职称结构以讲师和副教授为主,90%以上的教师和学校领导对乒乓球教师的工作满意。 |

| Abstract: | Through the methods of document、investigation and comparative analysis,research the age、the title of a technical post、diploma and others of 100 Table Tennis teachers in Heilongjiang Universities and Institutes,the result show more Table Tennis teachers are youthful and middle-aged,the concentrated length of service is 6-15 years,female and over 40 years old teaches are fraction,more teachers are docent and adjunct professor,over 90% teachers and leadership are content with their teaching. |
