| Abstract: | This paper expounds the connotation and importance of detail management,analyzes the focus of detail management in circulation service such as collection layout,reading environment,books' circulation,behavior art of communicating with readers,and guiding signs,and emphasizes the focus on readers and sincere service.Moreover,feasible and effective measures of detail management are discussed. |
