高职高专“能力人格本位”育人模式研究——以四川警安职业学院为例

摘    要:人才培养模式是围绕实现培养目标而采取的培养过程的构造样式和运行方式,包括专业设置、培养目标、培养方案、课程模式、教学内容和教学方式方法等构成要素。高职高专"能力人格本位"育人理念的实施,需要建立与之相适应的育人模式及实施途径与方法。

Abstract:Training mode is taken around the training objectives to achieve the training process of the structural style and operation,including specialty,training objectives,training programs,curriculum models,teaching methods and teaching content.Vocational Colleges personality-based Capability implementation of the concept of educating people,need to create corresponding models of educating people and ways and means of implementation.Sichuan Jingan Vocational College conducts a positive research and exploration.
