| 摘 要： | 辽宁林业职业技术学院以“职业教学项目化课程改造”为主题组织了全院性的“教师职业教育教学能力培训与测评”工作，历时近两年，全院包括主要院领导在内的170名专兼职教师全部通过了标准严细、评审严格的培训和测评。培训与测评对教师的职业教育教学能力提高、教学团队整体实力增强、课程改革水平提升作用深远，影响巨大。

| Abstract: | With the subject of curriculum reform of Vocational teaching item, Liaoning ForeStry Vocational Technical College organized the training and reviewing of teachers＇ vocational educational teaching ability in the whole college, which lasted two years. 170 full-time and part-time teachers, including college leaders, all passed the training and reviewing with strict standard and appraisal. The training and reviewing has profound significance on increasing the ability of teachers＇ vocational educational teaching, strengthening the whole power of teaching team, and improving the level of curriculum reform. |
