| Abstract: | Political participation of new social strata needs the establishment of a effective adaption mechanism,which allows the rational development of non-public economy from the macro aspect,and implements the policy of common prosperity the entire population will be gradually achieved when some people and some regions get rich first,others will be brought along in the medium aspect,establishes the system of socialist market economy. |
