论"大政工"视野内的我院政工队伍建设

摘    要:我院政工队伍建设近年取得较大成绩的同时,尚存在一些不尽如人意处。为此必须改革和创新政工管理运行机制,从宏观建构上营造“大政工”的工作格局,建立科学合理的大学生思想政治工作评估效能体系和较为完善的激励约束机制。通过改善外部环境,加强政工队伍思想建设、组织建设、作风建设,从而提升政工人员整体素质,使之能圆满完成培养德才兼备的创新人才的神圣使命。

Abstract:Our college has got fairly great achievements in the construction of our political workers in recent years,yet there is still room for improvement.It is necessary to reform and inaugurate the system of management,construct a working pattern of "comprehensive political work" from the macro structures and to set up a scientific and rational system of evaluating the efficiency of college students' political work and fairly good mechanism of incentives and disincentives.We should raise the quality of the political workers as a whole to help them fulfill the sacred task of training the innovative talents of morality and intelligence through improving the outer environment and strengthen the ideological,organizational and working style construction of the political workers.
