摘    要:国家企业必须打破陈规,改变传统观念,依靠现代的管理理念和手段,实现发展和进步.企业文化是以企业为主体的现代经济发展观念的重要组成部分,通过增强企业文化力,提升企业软实力,进而提高企业核心竞争力,推动企业全面、协调、可持续发展.探讨增强企业文化力和提高企业核心竞争力的途径和方法.

Abstract:The state-owned enterprises should break away from old regulations and change traditional values so as to realize the development by adopting modern ideas and methods.The corporate culture is an important part of the modern ideas of economy development which is supposed to be corporate-centred.The state-owned enterprises should promote its soft power by strengthening its culture and increase its core ompetitveness to make the enterprise develop in an all-round,harmonious and sustainable way.The writer makes an initial study on the ways and methods to strengthen the corporate culture and its core ompetitveness.
