| 摘 要： | 《江华条约》签订后，日本在朝鲜的势力急剧膨胀，严重损害了清政府在朝鲜的传统利益。由于各种因素的影响，清政府决定劝导朝鲜与西方国家立约通商，以牵制日本在朝鲜势力的继续膨胀。以往史学界对清政府的这种“劝导通商”策多持批评态度。但清政府的“劝导通商”策挽救了中国在朝鲜的宗主国地位，在一定程度上维护了朝鲜的主权，但清政府对朝鲜劝导通商使朝鲜付出了沉重的代价，是一种消极政策。

| Abstract: | With the rapid expansion of Japanese influence after "Jiang Hua treaty" was signed,the Qing gnvernment's traditional benefit was damaged greatly.Because of various factors,Qing government decided to persuade Korea to trade with the western countries in order to restrain Japan from expanding it's influence in Korea.The Qing government's policy of persuading Korea to trade with western countries was criticized before usually in the circle of history.The policy not only saved the Chinese suzerainty in Korea,but also defended Korean sovereign fight in a certain degree.On the other side,Korea had to pay much more because of the policy.So it was a negative foreign policy. |
