构建"一主多元"的开放式教师教育体系

摘    要:本文从对“师范教育”制度性特征的分析入手,指出师范教育已经凸显出时代性缺失。强调以“教师教育”替代长期使用的“师范教育”的概念是历史发展的必然。“教师教育”具有开放性、高学历层次性、专业化、职业化、终身化、一体化等新的特质与发展趋势。根据近年来师范教育“转型”的反思,提出我国教师教育应走“一主多元”发展道路的构想。

Abstract:This article starts from the system feature,and points out that the traditional normal education does not get the pace of time obviously.It emphasizes that the replace normal education of teacher-education is historical necessity.Teacher-education has some new features and development trend: openness,high-education-level,specialized,personalized,lifelong,unified etc.According to the introspection of the transformation of normal education these years,it proposes an idea that our country's teacher-education should use One-Main-Many-Element s system: normal colleges are the main part of normal education agencies,they should change to unified system from single system and use modular teacher training mode;university normal education should use step-by-step teacher training mode.
