| 摘 要： | “自由”是康德整个哲学大厦的拱顶石，更是其伦理学理论体系的基本立足点。因为自由是对人的行为进行责任追究的根本前提，对一个行为作出是否具有道德价值的评判的唯一标准是：这个行为是“出于义务”还是“符合义务”。

| Abstract: | "Freedom" is the key-stone of the huge structure of Kant's philosophy.It is also the basic standpoint of the theoretical system of ethics.As freedom is the fundamental premise of assessment to human behaviors,the only standard to ascertain whether a certain behavior is of moral value is whether it proceeds from obligation or conforms to obligation. |
