教师评价:后现代主义对现代性的超越

摘    要:后现代主义的主要特征就是对现代性的反思与批判。从后现代主义视角来看,现代性的教师评价出现了以下问题:工具理性僭越、教师主体性缺失、评价标准固化、评价方法过于注重量化。同时,后现代主义对现代性的教师评价进行了超越,影响着教师评价的发展走向,主要表现在:走向发展性教师评价、评价主体走向多元化、评价标准走向生成、评价方法走向人文。
