| 摘 要： | 在社会转型时期,加强行政道德建设对于引领全社会道德建设与进步具有重要的导向和示范意义。本文指出当前行政道德失范存在诚信缺失、公仆意识淡薄、滥用公共权力、个体品德修养沦丧等现象,主要原因是行政体制不够完善、行政道德教育乏力、行政监督机制不够健全。提出了加强行政道德建设的途径,即加快行政体制改革、加强公务人员的道德修养、加强行政道德的制度化建设。

| Abstract: | During the period of social transformation,strengthening the construction of administrative morality plays a significant role in guiding and demonstrating the moral construction among the whole society at large.In this paper,by analysing the current phenomena of administrative and moral anomie in lack of sincerity,indifferent sense of public servant,abuse of public authority and the perishing of individual virtues and their causes,namely the imperfection of administrative systems,weak educcation in administrative virtues and the unhealthy monitoring system,the writer raises some targeted countermeasures and suggestions,including speeding up of the related reformations,strengthenging of moral education and systemization of administration. |
