| 摘 要： | 农村居民点整理潜力是农村居民点问题研究的核心。文章以凌云县为例,在分析总人口、城镇人口、农村人口规模的基础上,采用人均建设用地指标法对农村居民点理论潜力进行测算。最后通过层次分析对理论潜力进行修正,得出凌云县规划目标年农村居民点整理的现实潜力。

| Abstract: | Potential of rural residential sorting is the core of studies of rural settlements.As Ling Yun county an example,this paper based on calculating total population,urban population and rural population size in ling Yun county,and using the per capita index prediction method to calculate theoretical potential of the rural residential area.Then,using theory of the analytic hierarchy amend to theoretical potential,and Calculate the reality potential of rural residential of the planning objectives in Ling Yun county. |
