| 摘 要： | 由于受各高校办学规模、地区经济以及原档案管理水平等因素的影响,高校档案工作依然存在这样那样的问题,档案管理现代化水平较低,人员素质偏低等问题。因此,高校档案工作应从强化档案意识、提高档案人员素质、加快档案现代化建设、积极开发和利用档案信息资源等方面努力。

| Abstract: | Due to the scale of running higher institutions, and the regional economies as well as the original file management, there still exist various problems in university archives work, such as the relatively low level of modernization of file management, and low quality of personnel. Therefore, the university archives work should be done from the following aspects, strengthening the consciousness of archives, improving the qualities of personnel, quickening the modernization of file, and actively developing and making good use of archival information resources. |
