| Abstract: | In our country,the problems of "agriculture,the rural areas and the peasants" have seriously affected on the development and increase of economy.Radio and Television University as a opening distance university,which facing local basic-level countryside distance and national minority,it will be possible to adjust the strategy of the structure of countryside,to change the increasing way of agriculture,and to raise the farmers quality. |
